Leif’s Coins Returns & Refunds

We provide every customer with a refund, return, and/or exchange on everything we sell. If for any reason you have an issue with your order, please give us a call. We will always do our best to accommodate you. 

Return of Orders 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders placed at Leif’s Coins. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 3 business days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team via telephone at (239)-325-9943 or email leif@leifscoins.com. 

If exchange is requested we reserve the right to send an acceptable replacement or refund your money if an acceptable replacement is not available. The items must be returned as they were sent to you – in the original packaging and original condition. Due to insurance restrictions, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning any items for refund or exchange. We will cover the costs to ship the exchanged product back to you. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Leif’s Coins. 

Returned products are subject to a 5% or $35 restocking fee, whichever is greater. All returned products can be subject to market loss based at Leif’s Coins sole discretion. 

Please note that if you damage any product ordered at Leif’s Coins by acid test or other intrusive methods, we will not accept the product back for exchange or return.
